ILUGC meet.

Dear luggies,
During our meeting with VP of Collabnet, we assured them that
atleast 150-200 people will attend from ILUGC. I request all members
to attend and participate in the question-answer session to draw
maximum benefit out of Brian's experience in Open Source and keep our
commitment on numbers.
