Ok, Must be because the product name changes. Concept is no longer. It is
called Allegro: Design Entry HDL.
Looks like 15.2 has some really nice stuff in it.

You will need to have a 15.2 license in order to run 15.2.

I get No licence found, exiting.
My license is good for 15.

I added "set acon_oldcmd = TRUE" to my local env and it now routes the
way it did in Ver 14.
