Hi,
Skill on the command line is only supported in the Performance and Expert
options.
In the Studio suite you can only access Skill files buy loading the Skill into
Allegro via the allegro.inilit file in your pcbenv folder.

I am trying to use the skill routines in SPB15.2 basic studio version. (not
performance option and expert versions)
When I type skill in the Allegro command line inside the Allegro, I am not
getting skill> prompt. It says "Command not found".
Can any body please help me?
