Some of you seem to need a frustration escape valve. Trust me, typing on 
your
keyboard is not going to work as it doesn't burn the necessary amount of 
calories.
Taking a break and getting some fresh air or some exercise
on the other hand does wonders....

As a reminder, below is the Mission and Purpose of this forum:

This forum is for the discussion of Cadence Silicon-package-board 
co-design
tools used for PCB & MCM design. The goal of this forum is to promote user 
to user discussions about problems, suggestions, and solutions related to
