Jack,
  One way is to highlight all the nets....then turn everything off ..ecept for 
the testprep probe markers....dehilight with a window around the probes..then 
you can turn on all pads and see the high lighted ones are the ones with no 
test....also just run the test prep log and it will tell you which ones are not 
tested....
