Thanks Mitch, but problem solved. I went through each padstack used. I found one which had a different character, but nothing out of the ordinary. Replaced it and I'm back on track. This board was done out of house and the original had the same problem, I wouldn't think this should have been an issue. Doesn't the padstach travel with the board? > > From: "Mitch S.
