I would say that "B" is within the padstack drill symbol. But if you already
checked that out, good luck. Let everyone know what it turns out to be

No I didn't get an answer Jan, this is a strange one. I don't see extra
characters on any other layers. I extracted the pad libraries and deleted
pad paths. I re-ran artwork and its still there. The B is showing up in
different places. The board was done in 14.2 and I'm currently using 15.2.
