In the SHAPE menu select Manual Void / Element. Then select the
shape, click middle mouse
button, select VOID ALL.

Using v15.1, mostly using static shapes similar to methods in
v14.2. What I do is void element, then drag-select all the elements,
and it basically autovoids (even says autovoid down in the command
line). However, what this method won't do is void around route
keepouts. How do you get static shapes to void around route keepouts?
