I only post on Freelist. I do
look at the other one, but I obtain most of the info off of the
freelist.

Just curious...
I
noticed that the number of emails on this forum has
been picking up
lately.
Are folks subscribed to both Allegro forums?
icu-pcb-forum@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
and cdnusers.org
or
Do folks prefer one forum over the
other?
Looking for general comments. Personal
Interest.

Yup, just go to
Drawing Options and click on the box to the left of where it says Out of
Date Shapes. It will bring up a list, scroll down and find the ones
that are out of date and click the coordinates to bring you to the exact
location (it will tell you the layer it is on). You may need to turn
on the “Boundary” for that etch layer to see it due to the shape priority
(sometimes there are multiple shapes but only one is
visible.

Go into the
“Drawing Options” and make sure they are all green. Sometimes you
have out of date shapes that prevent it from being up to
date.

design!
Hey
guys,
Allegro 610 Expert,
Windows XP Pro.
Well, my design has
become “possessed”!
No matter what I do,
the Status shows DRC errors as “Out Of Date” with 0
errors:
- I ran Tools ->
Database Check (both checked), passed squeaky clean.
- I ran Tools ->
Update DRC, resulting in “No DRC errors detected”.
- I ran “Update DRC”
from Drawing Options window, Status tab, also resulting in “No DRC errors
detected”.
- I got out of
Allegro, got back in, then I repeated the above.
Anyone ever see this
one? In all my years using this tool, I’ve never seen the DRC errors
stay “Out Of Date” after updating.
Thanks for any
help!
Gary
