[PCB_FORUM] plotting issue

I have never posted anything here before so I hope this works.

We are having problems with plotting the hierarchy from Concept HDL v15.2-s008.
It is rather difficult to explain:
First off, when plotting "active page", "all" or any of those options
everything works as it should.
But when you select the hierarchy button:
* changed printer will not hold
(If I plotted to a printer and then change to the PDF driver it
still goes to the printer and once it gets locked into one or the other it will
not change ever)
* the landscape rotation is lost (it prints portrait in the middle of the
B size paper ... yes I double and triple checked that landscape was selected
and the printer dialog showed the adjustment and tried other rotation options)
* it doesn't place the PDF file in the current design it defaulted to a
previous design

We have 3 site running 15.2. Each site has it's own license and applications
server. These issues are being experienced at only one site but when I map over
to their servers (from a remote site) I experience the same issues. The issues
are not user or design dependent. Concept 15.1, run at the same site, same
servers, works fine. Because V15.1 works and other apps are not having problems
it appears to be an issue in the installation. But since the same installation
is working fine at the other 2 sites, it would appear to be the environment.

Has any one experienced anything like this?

Or have any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,
Jayne Sawyer
