Cadence would be the best place to start. They are very interested in
selling you even more of these tools, and have a vested interest in
making sure that you are using them to the fullest. Contact them and
possibly you can get an FAE to spend a day once a week until the tool
makes sense.

we have this pcb-si, but no one to drive it. Is it necessary to have
