I heard there are more than couple that uses .PCB extension.  I know that PADS 
use .PCB extension.  I just downloaded PADS evaluation and it seems to work for 
some editing also.  I just used it for viewing so I don't know much about it.

I downloaded a 2006 version of PCAD viewer. I have a board from a vendor but I 
can't seem to open the board. Anyone know of another PCB software that uses a 
.PCB extension. 




The board was downloaded from a website. 





I wonder if allegro will import it in.
