[PCB_FORUM] Re: non allegro rs274x gerbers into allegro?

Depending on what you want to use imported Gerbers, you can out put them to
DXF and bring DXF into Allegro.

Never have had any luck with 274x translations from other systems, but I
usually can import 274x into Valor, write 274c out of valor, convert the
aperture list into an art_aper.txt file and import the 274c into Allegro.

Subject: [PCB_FORUM] non allegro rs274x gerbers into allegro?

      Hi Everyone,
Is there a way to get 274x gerbers output from some other CAD/CAM
program to read into allegro? The general error I seem to be getting
is "N codes not supported" I have tried everything I can think of and
none of it is working. Some of you must have run into this
      before.....?
      Thanks in advance,
      Dharma
