Yep, it turns out it is a dual head, with a digital interface that needs
converted to work with the current monitor.  I'll give the dual screen a
shot and let you know.  I've done it with labview, but i end up doing
labview all over the place, so it was more of a pain switching back and
forth from single to dual monitor sewtups.

I'm not sure how soon the comp will get here.  I suppose i'll install the
newest Allegro too, at the same time, to make sure i don't know which parts
might be causing problems. :)
