The syntax to place the components is x x_coord y_coord.
If you want to move the components a specific distance then the syntax
is ix ??? or iy ???

Subject: [PCB_FORUM] move by command line
I am having severe brain failure this morning. I need to tweak a
footprint, I want to move groups of pins and just type the location on
the command line, but I cannot remember the proper syntax. Any help
would be appreciated. I grab a group of pins and then what do I type on
the command line to put them exactly where I need them?
