I agree with Kevin.
The influencing factor is the kind of environment.
Say, if your board is going to work at place where it's subjected to repeated
vibration then designers prefer to have wider pads to avoid pads pealing off &
solder problems.

Probably. But, why don't you do what I suspect the rest of
us do? Everybody now... Make it yourself. Check with your board
house, check the manufacturers data sheet and all the usual stuff.
Then make it. Even if you got one from somebody, you should spend
as much time checking it as you would making it yourself.
Also, if you make you can really trust it.
I don't mean to be blunt, but no one else seemed to reply.
Unless, of course, they replied directly.
And this is the path I would take.
