I deleted some 2 and 3 pin headers on a page and i can now get a board. So i went back to orginal sch and deleted the same parts and it also works. Still don't understand why the connectors were giving me problems. I told Eng. to come up with some shorter names. Even some of the parts have 20 character pin names. Thanks to everyone.
