Is this true for pin names also? We had a bunch of "#" in netnames also. I did a search
on "illegal characters" in help but nothing comes up.

I believe that parenthesis in a netlist are for comments and are illegal
characters. Try deleting those and see what happens.

Group: Seems if i shorten net names the line errors jump to another line. I
thought the net names could be up to 32 characters. Is this true?

Be sure you check the previous line or few lines. Most of the time when it reports an error on line XXX it was because the previous line did not have the correct format i.e. ; :, etc

Group: I get Error:Line 334 while running netlist. I know I've done this
before, but notepad, wordpad and words do not give me line numbers. I remember
setting up one of the programs to set up goto. Can someone refresh my memory on
this?

Thanks Sam
