Rachel,
I would evaluate application before selecting the
mateials. For low volume applications, you can use
Ohmega. As for high volume, you should work with less
costly materials. Ohmega and ZBC are relative
expensive. Feel free to send me an email offline if
you are working with high volume applications. I will
get you in touch with our supplier who use Polymer
Thick Film for embedded resistance, and additive
process for capacitance. This process has been used
at Motorola for more than 5 years now.
