You can use Allegro 15.2 create a rectangle slots and create
routing/punch information to your manufacturer.

Hi,
I use Allegro Design Expert and I wanna create a padstack for a special 
connector.
Well, I want to know if it's possible to design a pad with a rectangular

drill hole...
I have imagined a solution : I enable multiple drill and make a row of 
circles...But it's not exactly what I want...
