Hi Kumaran,
We routinely run our differential pairs through 1mm pitch BGAs maintaining
our trace width/gap...no necking required. I haven?t done any less than 1mm
pitch BGAs. I am curious, what is your stack-up/differential impedance/BGA
spacing?
