Define the primary diff line width as 4 mil with a gap of 7 mil.
Now Define the Neck line width as 4 mil with a gap of 4 mil.
( I want the smallest line on the board to be 4 mil for fabrication
reasons.)
Routing by hand, hit the neck menu option. Nothing happens. No smaller
gap.
Ahhh, but if I change the Neck line width to 3.99 mil and gap to 4 mil.
Route the line, Pick the neck menu, the new spacing and line width is
applied.
This seems to be reproducible. Changing the neck line width back to
4mil breaks the feature.

i have many diff pairs in my design and the rules for them work great
,but between bga pins i need to decrees the "primary gap".
in 14.2 this was no problem ,is it possible to apply different diff pair
rule by area ?
