[PCB_FORUM] Re: artwork error

Sometimes a shape doesn't even show in the area called out.  In that case, cut 
out a large chunk of the shape and then patch it in again... and merge the new 
patch with the existing shape... it will then rebuild the parameters of the 
shape in the database.  I have found this to work with these odd issues. 

Also look for dynamic and non-dynamic shapes sharing the same location... make 
sure you have setup > user prefs > shapes set to show new_shape_fill  You can 
ID the dynamic from the static shapes that may be conficting.

Does it now say that the dynamic shapes are up-to-date? If not, then
click on the yellow button on the setup->drawing options-> out of date
shapes. It will tell you which shapes are the problems.

You usually need to show boundary layer to help solve the problems (I
usually have a duplicate shape on top of each other).

Hi all,
I'm on 15.2 and having a problem creating artwork.
It says I have to update my dynamic shapes. I've done that and it still 
Won't let me run the artwork.
RS274X. I've checked the global parameters also and made sure 274X was
checked.
Anybody have a quick fix?
