[PCB_FORUM] Re: adding a new via padstack to the via list

The problem was, that I was adding the via to one set of physical nets.
It works now.

Well that is strange then...

Is this a normal thru hole via?  Can you send a print screen of the 
Physical(Lines/Vias)Rule Set Etch Values for that constraint set name?

Just thought it might help us see something strange with the situation.

Yes
 I added it to the current via list and it  in the "set-up-constraints"
and accepts it Ok,
the via exists in the data base already, is on a section of the
board, that is whay I don't understand
why it won't let me add it when i go to route.

Just to make sure, are you saying you added the via you want to the
physical rule set to the current via list (setup->constraints)?

Hello all,


I have been trying to add a new via padstack, I add it in the constrains
manager,
and it accepts Ok, but when I go to route and add via, the via
does not show up in the selection menu.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
