Looking at "OrCAD_Capture_TclTk_ Extensions.pdf", it contains information
about commands related to Orcad database only while I could not find
commands to perform different kinds of operations on the variable.
For example, if we need to parse string then I could not locate its
command like what we have in Allegro skill language i.e. parseString.
Similarly syntax related to concatenating two strings, string compare,
adding/merge two lists etc., I am not sure how to perform in TCL. Not sure
if Orcad TCL supports this or not.
