Hello,
No,
the purpose of the top x is to give the company a *sense of urgency* from the
prospective of users.
Thus on the top x list there must be items:
-that are in the works but are not resolved yet, but the user need them to fix
RASAP.
-that are not in the works but shuld be taken into consideration for the users
prospective.
-that are not in the works because the company doesnt know are "problems" for
the users.
The company is then free to add other items that they feel are /see as/
important and build the final list of things to work on.
