Stephen,
I have seen this and I believe what is going on is that any Relative Prop
added via constraints manager can only be viewed by Constraints Manager.
It also may have some to do with XNET level properties that cannot be
viewed or changes outside of Constraints Manager because the find
filter covers NETS only. I really have not dug into it too deeply but I
have
found myself doing things more and more via Constraints Manager.
