I was fairly sure a standard dxdesigner license had 1 seat of a PCB backend
with it.

As the netlister is controlled by a config file - I am not sure if the tool
is now generic - or backend vendor specific ...

Do you have access to dxdesigner?

Hi Michael,

In DxDesigner, from what I can tell, the "native" output (as in generic
netlist) is a .net file. How you get, according to the documentation, a
.tel file is with the Allegro netlister, which is an option. If you have a
way to get a .tel and .txt (device files) out of DxDesigner without the
optional Allegro netlister, I'd like to understand how that is done.

Regards,

Austin
