There's a new feature in 16.3, Performance Advisor. Click Tools -> Database
Check, click on Performance advisor.

Thanks for your replies.
I added NORAT property to main pwrs and gnds.
It Didn't make any difference if schematic and Constraint Manager were
open or not. (But I have them both closed down)
I have never used Autosilk, but set all params to none.
Still having the same problem.
