[PCB_FORUM] Version upgrade to v16 - startup warning

Hello all

I'm trying to open pre-v16  Allegro files in no-graphics mode using v16.

Unfortunately, the "Warning - This database was saved by an earlier release..." 
pops up.

Can this be disabled for the no-graphics mode?  Otherwise, it just hangs.
