Hi all
We've had these requests when the boards have no panel breakoffs.
We stipulate they detail exactly where they are going to add them, and the
build does not continue without our permission. It's always worked well.

I've never had a vendor ask if they can insert holes into my boards...that
could be really dangerous for them to do IMO.
