Hello

You can look at ICEPACK. This is a good thermal analysis software. Betasoft is easy to use and learn but has lot of limitations. We need to make too many approximations and model representations. We use both these tools in our service bureau operations.

FloPCB is also good, but more expensice than ICEPAK.
