[PCB_FORUM] Text edit dialog box??? ver 16

I think I stumbled across a text edit dialog box the other day...  one
that even allowed cut and paste.  But now I can't seem to make that
happen again...  all I get is the on board text editor which doesn't
allow cut and paste.  

 

Perhaps I am not in the right mode or something.  

 

Has anyone else seen this text dialog box?
