Bob,
You can change the size of just one text location.
Edit --> Change, Set the find filter to text only.
Options Tab, set the text block to size 4 or to what ever you like.
Hope this helps.

Would it not be much easier to just double click on a text string and
then enter appropriate values in a dialogue box for just that piece of
text?
What (if any) advantage is there to the Text Block method? Who came up
with this?
Case in point, I have a component with the Ref Des set as Text Block #
3 which by default has the height set at 38. There is plenty of room
on the board so I would like to change the height to something like
90. However, if I change Text Block # 3 to that value I may end up
messing with some other text elsewhere in my drawing, like say the
Tolerances in my Title Block. Why can't I just change that one Ref Des
by itself?
OK, if I have to live with this scheme why can't I change the Text
Block # on the fly? For example, same symbol as above but rather than
go to Setup > Text Blocks and revise # 3 to a height of 90 how do I
change the Ref Des to say Text Block # 9? One way would be to revise
the .dra file, generate new symbol and device files, then replace the
comp in my layout. That is a lot of effort for a simple task. Why
not double click on that Ref Des and do a quick change?
Arrrrggghhhh.... just a bit of Friday morning venting :-}
