[PCB_FORUM] Static vs Dynamic

Is there any way to report where all the static shapes are and all the
dynamic shapes? I know there's a way to report which dynamic shapes are
out of date, but noticed it did not include the status of any static
shapes.
The final outcome I would like to see is a list of all shapes, their
locations, their types and their status.
