Hey Dennis,

You can put the "Net_Short" property on a pin, via or shape with the Value 
field as "[net1]:[net2]" (I think three nets would be "[net1]:[net2]:[net3]").

I can't remember for sure, but you may want to run a Database Check afterwards.

Also, I would suggest including a Net Short document along with the Fab files 
in order to avoid the inevitable phone call/e-mail.

As far as the schematic is concerned, I'm not sure. But I would think at least 
a Note would be in order.
