Does 16.0 require a new license or does it work with 15.7 licensing?

       Regarding this new OpenGL 16.0 feature....

   There is a new section in user preference called Opengl which 
contains a variable to accent the lines a little bit more with
outlining. 
You might want to take a look at that too.

And the color form -> display section has control of transparency of 
the data, plus independent transparency for shapes too.

One other note - if you've got old_shape_fill_style set (line fill) you
won't see the transparent shape graphics in 16.0, so that would need 
resetting to see the complete new look.
