Try this... find two vias you would expect to DRC, Go to the show constraints
Icon (looks a little like the CM icon but with a little "i" in a circle above
it, select vias in your find filter and select the two vias. It will tell you
what rules it's using to check those two vias. Sometimes that will help you
figure out why it's not behaving as you are expecting it to.

So I did too but for these cases, it does not work... At least for me.

Hello All.
Anybody knows how to identify redundant via that are not exactly at the same
coordinate?
A DBCheck automatically removes redundant vias but only if the location is
exactly the same.
I tried to run the hole-to-hole DRC from same net spacing but I never returns
any errors...
Hole-to-hole DRC mode is enabled.
I tried to change values but always unsuccessful.
