Yes.  Set up a variant in the part manager.  Group all the DNI parts into a
group.  Then create a BOM variant with the common and DNI parts.  The Part
Manager will automatically filter out those parts.

There is a tutorial on how to do variants somewhere in the docs.

Is there a way to automatically remove DNI parts from the BOM?
We are using Allegro Design Entry CIS version 16.
We are currently manually stripping out the DNI's from the BOM.
This is time consuming and error prone.
