Hi Chandra,

Try this:

Manufacture ->
DFA check... ->
click "Constraint Setup"
uncheck all except "orphan_via_audit"
Click "okay"
click "Run Audit"

This gets rid of all unused vias on the board. I would advise saving your board 
prior to running it just in case.....
