You can do that using CAM350, but you will get only 2D line-s. There is nothing
intelligent on the resulted file that can be used by the assembly house. They
can get the same info from gerbers.

It can not be done in allegro.
You may use a translator or :
1. Gerber out of allegro.
2. Load gerber into a cam software.
3. Export gerber from cam to PWR PCB data.
I have cam350 and pwr pcb at home. Iam not sure of all the features available
to me at this time. I will play with it to night and will give you a definate
answer when we meet.
