I think power planes are a lot faster and that you can't run traces in them.

Hi list.  What is the advantage of using a plane layer vs using a dynamic
shape on the gnd and power planes?  Right now, when I want to have a ground
pour, I just create a dynamic shape attached to the net gnd.
