Delete them from your board and place them manually instead. You can
filter them out (if they are not the only ones left to place), select
them in the window and start placing them. Once you place one, the next
in line will be on the cursor ready to place.

Subject: [PCB_FORUM] Placing Parts
Good morning fellow designers ... I am just wondering if there
is a way to place components is a somewhat automatic way? For example, I
have about 100 test points (all connected to GND) that I need to add. I
did a Quickplace and they are now added to my design and sitting just
outside the board outline. I there a way that I can select them all and
place them one at a time, so that when I place one, another snaps to my
cursor ready to placed? Any ideas to simplify this process would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance to all.
