[PCB_FORUM] Re: Pad designer editor problems

Kevin,

Yes, I can do a "padstack replace" within an Allegro design to a longer than
eight character padstack name.  Then I can "Modify Design Padstack" on the
longer padstack with no problems.  The problem is just loading a >8 char.
padstack name into the padstack editor, which is how I typically create new
padstacks (for new symbols for an upcoming design).
