Hi Chad,

Thanks,

comp should work on the PC. Type "help comp" in a DOS window for usage.
An even better option is to download UNIX commands for use in Windows.
Search for cygwin on the internet. It is free and you get your favorite
UNIX commands in Windows.

Subject: [PCB_FORUM] PC equivalent of UNIX command DIFF
Importance: High
Hello Everyone,
I am hoping someone out there has the answer to this one. We need it to be
able to progress a design forward in a "timely" manner. We nee to know if
there is a PC equivalent to the UNIX command DIFF. This would be for the
purpose of comparing 2 files and creating a third with the differences.
Thanks in advance,
Dharma
