You might try reloading your Adobe Acrobat. I had an engineer that had
this problem while no one else did. After he reloaded Acrobat all was
well.

I have had this problem.
Print to file, to any post script printer. Use "universal" for
sheet size. Then open the *.prn file with AcobatDistiller.
