I guess that area is Au Plated,, In order to effectively plate the gold
finger you need to have electrical connectivity to all the pads there.
 
1. Specify them in Fab drawing. Circle out the area and make special
mention.
2. Use a different layer (non active one) create that added bar. Turn it
on together with the active layer when you generate gerber.
 
Reason for #2 is, if you use active layer, it will be DRC..and shown as
net shorted.

Could any body tell me the purpose of the Yellow Bars on Fingers in
attached *.xls file?

Should it be displayed in final Gerber/output files for fab house?
