[PCB_FORUM] New syntax highlighting file for VIM/GVIM

I am attaching a syntax file that will highlight current (v16.0) axl
functions in VIM/GVIM.  In case it gets stripped from this message, you
can get it on the SKILL_SCHOOL forum, at 
 
http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/skill_school/files/Support/
 
If it is allowed thru, put it in your Vim\vimfiles\syntax directory
 
I tried to put this in Cadences skill forum but couldn't get it past the
security (theirs, ours, combo, whatever).
