Expedition (and Destiny) don't have a similar command like "Save as" in
Allegro..
Just copy the *.pcb file then try to open it. It'll complain at first
but you'll get it opened.

I think that there are more things than that. Usability comes to mind. Number of settings available. Planes processing. DRC checking. It seemed I could never get the rules set up so I wouldn't have to change them somewhere along the design. Although Mentor also has a few in their own right, I used the expedition tool for 3.5 years and found myself continually saying "In allegro this would be easy..."
