SPB15.7 and SPB16.x will only be supported under
RHEL 3.0 Update 5, RHEL 4.0 Update 1 , or SLES9 (SUSE) (SP1)
Located in the PCBSYSTEMREQS.PDF in the Installation directory

Hello,
As far as I know the current SPB 15.7 or earlier will not work with this RHEL5.
I have been running FC5 for a while which has
the a similar code base as RHEL5.
I get a glib or was it a glibc library error message. This all worked with FC3
and RHEL4.
It would be nice if they could find a way to support both versions for a while.
